Lufthansa A380 launch China

Lufthansa’s growth in the Chinese market has been exponential and to cope with the ever increasing demand, the A380 was introduced on China to Germany routes. The A380 is not just a plane, it’s an experience to fly on it. We therefore designed an event emulating the experience. The roadshow featured a A380 flight simulator for everyone to try flying into Beijing International airport, passing over the Forbidden City.

A gala dinner for 200 guests included a fashion show introducing past and current Lufthansa flight attendants uniforms added a sense of history to the proceedings. An action painter creating a 10x6m picture of the A380 added excitement and admiration.

Senior staff from Lufthansa, including the worldwide CEO were at hand to introduce and explain Lufthansa’s China strategy to VIP guests and press alike.

The two-stop roadshow created a big buzz for the big bird and established Lufthansa as a premium service airline amongst the ever-increasing competition.
