The annual VOK DAMS TrendLab presents innovative trends for successful marketing strategies to an audience of industry specialists from client side, press and agencies. In 2019, the event took place in Berlin where it was all about Live+Marketing Automation.

The dialogue between industry, science and press took central stage. With lively discussions about the current developments in the event and live-marketing industry, the digitalization of the industry and the need to connect live and marketing automation. In a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere, pioneers, creatives and innovators had their say on this contemporary VOK DAMS trend.

Colja Dams - VOK DAMS GROUP CEO – brought the guests up to speed on live marketing automation with a impassioned keynote speech. Further highlights of the day were presentations by André Sorge, Managing Director Sales Philip Morris (iQOS) and Sharif Khalladi, Consultant Digital Experience Lead Cisco Live (Data Driven Events B2B). After the presentations, interactive Show & Tell stations offered the guests the opportunity to dive deeper in the various Live+Marketing Automation topics in a more hands-on manner.
