"Aperol Stay Home" - VOK DAMS and Aperol produce a COVID-19 safe hybrid event to celebrate Spring

How do you create impactful live brand experiences while everyone is staying at home? Can video calls really create an strong and emotive connection between people and brands?

VOK DAMS, Aperol and RPM took on this challenge. With the "Aperol Stay Home" hybrid event they created an attention-grabbing online campaign and a lively community brand experience in Germany.

Sunny days are made to enjoy an ice-cold Aperol Spritz with friends. And although this year the pandemic forces us to socially distance, Aperol brought us together virtually. The "Aperol Stay Home" hybrid event gave participants the chance to win one of Aperol Spritz summer packages by sharing their personal "Aperol Stay Home" moment on Instagram and tag the friends they wanted to experience this perfect moment with.

The packages contained all the necessary ingredients to experience the perfectly Aperol Spritz summer feeling with friends via video call. Socially distanced but brought together virtually by shared enjoyment of the perfect summer drink.
