Digital Experience Hub for A. Lange & Söhne

VOK DAMS developed and produced A. Lange & Söhne digital experience hub for this year's Geneva Watch Salon, which was switched to online this year for the second time in a row. The Lange Experience Hub is a digital experience platform offering event participants a customized insight into the brand and product world of A. Lange & Söhne.

The Experience Hub - which was developed especially for the timepiece brand - actively engages with journalists, sales partners and end consumers. Utilizing one central platform for three distinctively different target groups.

From a digital handshake welcome moment by CEO Wilhelm Schmid, individualized user interface, preference settings to a personal digital concierge: The user journey of the Lange Experience Hub created hospitality and a personal, individual experience for event participants in the digital space.

The platform offered an exciting mix with exclusive insights into the history and product world of the traditional Saxon timepiece manufacturer. Live broadcasts were sent from a studio specially developed by VOK DAMS for the Watches and Wonders in a lounge setting, on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. The content was presented in English and simultaneously translated into German, Italian, French, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, depending on the target group and time zone.

With the staging of A. Lange & Söhne via the Lange Experience Hub, VOK DAMS took digital brand and product communication to a new level during Watches and Wonders. Visitors experienced A. Lange & Söhne in the digital space in a familiar, up-close, holistic, interactive and at the same time individual and personal way.
