VOK DAMS Guest management Dual Power – Meike Hartmann and new software tool

2015 is going to be a powerful year for the guest management team of VOK DAMS, agency for communications and live-marketing. As specialists for individual and interactive guest management, the team looks back on years of success. With their new product StaR, they now offer their know-how to clients, who can apply this modular guest management tool independently in-house.

The new addition to the guest management’s product portfolio, VOK DAMS StaR, is a standard registration tool, which was designed and developed taking into account the view of the participants’ needs rather than technical features. Straightforward handling, state-of the-art and systematic participant orientation are in the foreground. The feedback after the first applications shows that clients are enthused by the easy handling and its modular structure for so-called standard events.

And since enquiries and projects have drastically increased at VOK DAMS Guest Management, the team got a competent power woman on board – Meike Hartmann.

She looks back on eight years of experience as event manager at ASV Cologne, where Meike Hartmann worked together with sponsors such as DKV, Gaffel or Toyota. After that the graduated sports scientist broadened her experience at Lanxess.
