THE JOURNEY FROM BRAND WORLD TO CORPORATE EXPERIENCE CENTER

Personal encounters with brands is one of the most important success factors in contemporary marketing. It allows customers to experience more than just a product, they experience the brand with all their senses.

A staged space, which releases thinking through colors, music, sounds, images and exhibits, allows customers to experience more than just a product. In addition to the senses, interaction plays a major part in Brand worlds. The modern user wants to pro-actively participate and gain experience in dealing with the brand. Today, the prosumer is the brands‘ point of contact.

Based on the successful IBM Watson IoT project, the Corporate Experience Center is presented in the following study.
