L'Oréal Day 2020 becomes streaming event made by VOK DAMS

Every year, the L'Oréal Day takes place with the aim of informing all colleagues about important topics and promoting the exchange of information among each other. And this should not change in 2020. For this, VOK DAMS, long-standing partner of L'Oréal Germany, transformed the planned live event into a live format in the digital space within six days.

The L'Oréal Day was planned as an internal event with about 900 colleagues of L'Oréal in Essen, which is about a 30-minute drive from the L'Oréal headquarters. Instead, the event was transported into digital space. The employees were invited to the 1.5-hour event, which they could follow from their desks at home or office, in a restaurant, a lobby or the academy.
