The app contains effective and easy-to-use applications that support the agile process. It’s focus is on the discovery of playful elements of agile event management, with all the required agile tools: Team Timer, Delegation Poker, Planning Poker and Fist of Five. All parts of the suite comes with easy to follow instructions.
Team Timer
; In agile event management, time slots for appointments should not only be defined, but also adhered to. The goal is to focus on results and content in a given time. The Team Timer gives the entire team a visual overview of the time remaining during a meeting or planning process.
Delegation Poker

Delegation Poker is a small and simple application to clarify the responsibilities and decision-making opportunities of individual team members. Fist of Five
Fist of Five helps with decision-making in the team. Its simplified voting setup helps to quickly come to decision and to see where everybody stands regarding that decision. With this method, differentiated voting is possible, which provides transparency in the decision-making process and offers insights about the confidence of all team members about proposed solutions. It can unblock discussions and often leads to a (modified) decision that everybody can accept.
Delegation Poker

Planning Poker
Accurate time planning is a key factor of Agile Event Management. Planning Poker allows project teams to estimate the required time together and reach a consensus. It’s done anonymously, with the individual group members estimating the effort involved with the task at hand using the Planning Poker cards. Allowing counteracting dominant group actors by giving the more docile team players a voice. The aim is for each group member to actively participate in the estimation of workload required and contribute their know-how, leading to a more efficient group effort.
