VOK DAMS Quality Management:
Again ISO Certification by TÜV Rheinland

For 16 years TÜV Rheinland has been certifying successfully all processes of the Agency for Events and Live-Marketing VOK DAMS according to DIN ISO 9001. TÜV Rheinland has again awarded the certificate for the proven VOK DAMS quality management system.

VOK DAMS has continuously improved and adapted the QM system to the changed conditions. The audit focusses especially on the complete documentation of all process steps of an event, from enquiry and concept to implementation and documentation. The topics of human resources development, purchasing and administration, however, have also gained in importance.

In 1999 VOK DAMS was one of the first agencies of the industry that had its quality management system tested by an independent certification company in a complex auditing process.
