Pandora – Loves, Unboxed Brand Experience

Love. It’s more than a feeling, more than a word. It’s something you do. The festival season is the perfect to celebrate loves. Jewelry manufacturer Pandora has unveiled a global campaign just in time for Christmas. Our mission? To amplify this campaign with an unforgettable live experience roadshow. Introducing: The "Loves, Unboxed." Pop-Up Experience Tour. Picture this: the iconic Pandora gift box transformed into a house for cherished memories – four walls filled with meaning and thoughtfulness. Wrapped up, it holds the promise of something new. Unboxed, it unleashes a flood of emotions and a world of possibilities, waiting to be explored.

Opening a Pandora Box is the experience of releasing the love hidden in each box. The creative idea: a “Loves, Unboxed”-Playground, which travels through various German cities. A mobile pop-up experience that brings the Pandora brand to life in a unique way and attracts attention with its appearance in the bustling metropolis. To achieve this, we created a radiant center of brightly pink illuminated Pandora boxes, mimicking the emotions of receiving and opening a Pandora gift box, creating WOW moments. A spectacle that magnetically attracts passersby. The exterior design sparks curiosity about what lies inside.

Inside the experience, the visitors found highly engaging environments showcasing a number of Pandora’s iconic jewelry pieces in several experience rooms. Every room portrayed a specific emotion, had a multisensory entrance (=unboxing) moment, sound experience, played with scale and provided unusual photo ops. The “Infinite Amazement Room” featured thousands of glittering jewelry stones, lights and mirrors, creating an endless room inspired by the zirconia stones of the Infinity product range. The “Celestial Love Room” offered the visual embodiment of the love we express with jewelry. A glowing love heart allowed visitors to turn heartbeats into a soundscape & visual impressions mirroring the emotional anticipation of unboxing jewelries.

Following a PR opening, the Pandora Experience opened its doors to the public, allowing visitors to experience the magic of the oversized Pandora box up close. The campaign aimed to strengthen Pandora's presence during the holiday season. Local influencers fostered social media coverage, increasing reach and engagement. The Pandora 'LOVES, UNBOXED' installation became a content machine, generating thousands of image and video posts on all platforms and millions of likes.

On-site sales benefited from the increased emotional connection of visitors, while the dissemination of social media content boosted traffic and sales both online and at the 'LOVES, UNBOXED' tour stops. Beyond successful sales figures, the campaign's impact extended far beyond mere advertising by fostering meaningful emotional connections with visitors. Our 'LOVES, UNBOXED' experience prioritized immersive sensory experience and leveraged emotional forces without hard selling tactics.

With the "LOVES, UNBOXED." campaign, in collaboration with Pandora, we created a moving live experience that captivated thousands of visitors both on-site and online, evoking deep emotions. This successful marketing campaign connected people on a personal level and strengthened the bond between the Pandora brand and its customers through a unique and unforgettable experience.
